Bonuses. Pay. Care about employees. Training. Well worth my time and effort Able to move up. Life changing My time with Panda has been life changing. They not only coach on the business but most importantly, they coach on how to manage your life and make it better. Not only that, working with panda you will learn many rewarding tools that will make you stand out when applying elsewhere.

Awesome starting pay, flexible scheduling (with the understandable managers), benefits

Cons

Food industry customer service freaking SUCKS. You will have to deal with unfriendly people with the most ridiculous complaints and requests. People don't understand they are not a mom-and-pop chinese food place. They are americanized fast food.
