      Can really help develop skills in a fast-paced environment A good job to gain experience in customer service Improve multi-tasking abilities

      Cons

      Managers who definitely need more training and knowledge about Human resources. There is no sense of camaraderie. There will always be employees who will want to do less work as possible.
