Really tact. Team work. Fast paced. Always busy so great hours. Free meals when working. Discount when not scheduled

Cons

Customer attitudes are rough to deal with. A lot of cleaning. very long hours. Make sure u take your breaks and ask for them

They invest in training people. If they see potential in you, they will give you the tools to move up quickly

Cons

They ask you to share their methodology about life. Sign up for some workshops that teach you about how to look at your life. These workshops cost about $500 which you pay from your own pocket.

The cons definitely outweigh the pros. Overly strict company. Needs better management.

Pros

Able to get whichever days you want off is extremely convenient, free meals on break, and the starting pay is way better than most.

Cons

Clear favoritism from the managers, horrible customers, physically demanding especially after closing, seem to be doing way more work than the managers and they put in less than half the work than the regular employees do! Moving up is also very hard.
