      Pros

      High standard, Panda Express pushes you to be the best and challenges you to think outside the box. The company offers you learning funds up to $400 to attend seminars such as Tony Robbins and Landmark Forum. There are perks such as monthly and periodical bonuses, health, dental, vision, 401k benefits. You also get discounts for mobile services and theme parks. You get the opportunity to work with a 5+ team of employees (most of the time still in school or fresh out of highschool), helping run a 1 million dollar business. Being a manager is full time research and a self-taught position. The best thing about this job is that it helps push you to your limit. Working here helped build me up mentally and at times, physically. You often times have break throughs.

      Cons

      There is a shortage in employees especially kitchen staff and managers so the chances of you working from 9am to 12am is likely high. The hiring of book smart persons is higher than people who have strong work ethics, making the work environment unbalanced. Many times on your days off, you will get texts and calls regarding work, so even if you are off from work, it will still feel like you are working. To work here, it helps to be mentally strong and thick skinned so if you are not, you will break down.

      Decent pay for part-time job Simple job once you get the hang of it

      Cons

      There's hardly a training program aside from an online module that really doesn't help you in real-time. They'll throw you into the line in the middle of a lunch rush and scold you for doing it wrong despite them not training you. Panda really needs to fix their management because the employee turnover rate is so high. I saw so many people come and go and most of them left within a week of working at Panda. If that doesn't say something about how you train your employees (they don't), then I don't know what will
