      Pros

      Plenty of hours. Benefits and vacation pay after 6 months.

      Cons

      12 hour days. Horrible management. Does not care about you having a life. They expect you to have a 100% free and open schedule so they can schedule you anytime they please. Expect to work 2-3 hours later than your shift on regular basis. Does not train new employees. Get fired after 3 cash register mistakes. No exception. The headquarters in California is monitoring all stores (employees mainly) through cameras. If you make a mistake they will call your store manager and report it. The store keeps all tips. Employees get no part of tips given whatsoever.

      - Bonuses - Great starting pay - free meal when working - free samples - Company is very understanding especially with people pursuing an education

      Cons

      - Very, very fast paced - Will get tired out quickly - High expectations with cleanliness and quickness - Like other retail/fast food jobs, dealing with customers
