Pros
Great people, great boss, great co-workers. People really create a friendly and helping environment. everyone in the store is following the Panda mission and value and put them alive. I was well influenced and happy working there. People get promoted fast in Panda Express, if you work hard and show your ability.
Cons
As a fast paced restaurant, Panda Express need employees to work long hours. Sometimes as a full time employee, you need to work more than 12 hours per day. Vacations are minimum, so don't expect to have much rests if you work for Panda.
