Pros
Every six months, there's a performance review=raise. The owners of the company had a great vision and beliefs but how the manager execute it, was awful. They have benefits, vacation hours builds quick and the opportunity to grow, develop, and promotion ia offered to certain individuals.
Cons
When there's a problem and you contact human resource, nothing is done or changed. Human resource is there to protect the manager and everyone else above it, anything less, you're on your own. I've been at this company almost four years, they switch managers nearly every three to six months. I've been sexually harassed by other employees and a female manager, told multiple managers and they turned the other way. You're head is always on the chopping board regardless whether you are right or wrong. There's many promises but no delivery.
