      Pros

      -Good pay, raise every 6 months -Free food & drinks on breaks -Job is easy -Easy to grow in the company

      Cons

      -Poor management, doesn't really do much to solve problems & doesn't know how to manage. Even customers notice. -Favoritism, if you're not the manager's favorite, you won't get many hours -Customers are extremely rude, especially if you're not bilingual -Coworkers were rude & there was endless drama, but of course these things vary from place to place -Everyone that works there is miserable -Constantly changing schedule/getting called in

      Pros

      Pay is reasonable, great corporate culture, good monthly and quarterly bonus program, good benefits. It is great to work in a positive and happy environment!

      Cons

      When employees do not show up for work and are unable to find a replacement the general manager will have to take their place on the schedule. This makes for some very long days, and it can be sometimes disruptive to your family and personal life.
