Pros
You can move up quickly if you really want to. Raises every six months (not a lot, but better than nothing) Bonuses occasionally. Fast paced, time goes by fast.
Cons
One 10 minute break for every 6 hours of work. There were many occasions where I was busting my butt because we had lines out the door, literally for hours. Started a shift at five, did not get my break until 9:30. Detail cleaning. On my hands and knees scrubbing the bathroom floor and cleaning the toilets, men and women's restrooms. Pay is not enough for the amount of work we put in.
