      Good benefits and bonus. The insurance covers a lot of things. There are period and month bonus. Depending on store operation, manager can make own schedule to cover the shift.

      Manager needs to know and do many things. Managing, paper work, cooking, recruiting, training, and spending a lot of time at work (over 50hrs/w)
