      Flexible schedule. Benefits are great. Pay is decent. Great growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Super detail strict. Always changing. Communication is bad from one management to the next. Sometimes do not recognize great employees. Expect perfection in every action.

      It's a pretty fun job and pays decent

      Pros

      You get a lot of opportunities and some good experience. It's also fun to make the chow mien and rice. Even though I was counter help I would still help the back most of the time.

      The managers expect a lot from you . Most of the time the managers are just in the back making chow mien mix and prepping vegetables
