Good money their willing to work with you to get you promoted as fast as possible. If your store passes OSHA you do get bonuses.

Cons

Fast food no nails or will fail inspection. Managers are pains due to overly scheduled work loads. They need to step up and give better raises

The people were very helpful my first few days and the job paid relatively well.

Cons

The hours were really long and 'rush' was always terrible so people always had to be on post.

The work environment can be fun. There is room for fairly quick advancement for any motivated employee.

Cons

Panda Express has a habit of constantly understaffing the kitchen team. Even understaffed, the regional management will demand the production of a full staff. This leads to a very, very stressful work environment overall. Even as a part time employee, you'll find that Panda RG fills your head with thoughts of the job throughout the day during your off time the way a full time career should.
