Pros
The starting pay in my area is very good. The company has great values and want their employees to develop and succeed.
Cons
-There is a high turnover rate. -I work at a busy location and it can be VERY stressful at rush hours. The cooks can only make 1 item at a time and sometimes customers have to wait for food. You need to be able to communicate with the cooks and the customers. Some customers get angry when they have to wait for food so you need to be able to stay calm and resolve the situation. You need to be able to stay on top of things to make sure the steam table runs smoothly. -I work full time and close many times a week. The sanitizer and degreaser chemicals we use make my hands very dry.
