Mangers are unprofessional and are not supportive of part-time staff. They don't provide enough training and allow immature staff to berate new employees, creating a hostile work environment. There are no consequences for bad behavior. Managers don't communicate with you about scheduling and expect you to take on new roles without enough training, especially when you work part-time and don't have enough experience doing a new job. Mangers are constantly changing so there's no continuity at any one location. I was there for a year and never got a review of my work.
