Pros

Competitive Pay, flexible schedule only for hourly associates , free meal every shift, health benefits are great.

Cons

Stressful environment. No work/life balance. Even when you’re off ACO’s floods you with text and spam you with calls, doesn’t care about people’s mental health. Forces managers and workers to raise the Gem Score (Survey) when Gem scores are lower than 60% ACO’s gives the manager a warning.

Cons

Upper management is not efficient and is often times unresponsive High Expectations with Unrealistic means of accomplishing Management is under-resourced Expected to work 60+ hours a week and cover shifts for calls outs leading to working 10+ with no breaks

Food was good nothing else.

Cons

Horrible hires, high turnover rates, poor general manager, and poor district manager. Location shut down a year after I quit. zero opportunity for growth.
