      Pros

      Opportunity to advance within. Also you will learn a lot of useful skills in the culinary world you don’t expect to have going into the job.

      Cons

      Large workload per shift. Between cooking, prepping, washing dishes, and maintaining a cleanly work area at all times can be daunting. You get used to the work and fast paced environment.

      Pros

      Not much besides free meals, but the food ain’t even good. So I’m not sure if that’s a pro.

      Cons

      There’s a lot of cons but I’ll just list the main ones. For starters the management sucks. They’re biased and have extreme favoritism. This job is only good if the manager decides they like you, and you to be a kiss a**. So i guess if you like to kiss a** this job is good for you. The managers barely work and expect everyone to go above and beyond. Management at Panda Express is pretty much a cult, and they are searching for any one and everyone to join.
