--get a free meal while on the job --get a good discount while off-shift --slightly better pay

Cons

--Very much depends on your manager and how seriously they take it and how much they buy into the "family" corporate tries to sell. --It has the same energy as an MLM. --Drive-thru is a nightmare --Held some people on for YEARS saying they would get promoted and never did.

Pros

The pay is better than any other fast food restaurant. For students they are very flexible about scheduling.

Cons

The only downside of working here depends on the store which is just there training stores where they are very strict on policy but usually they have the best equipment while other regular stores just have equipment to barely keep them going.
