Pros
Really cool staff usually, but management really makes or breaks the work environment.
Cons
For fast food, they really do expect a lot from you. Always trying to get you to want to be promoted but you have to take literal written and physical tests to be promoted. And they really try to lay on the pressure THICK. A lot of coworkers I had including myself didn't want to be promoted because the amount of responsibilities doubles but the pay increases by $1.
