      Pros

      The HR and the culture they breed are just so thoughtful and amazing, especially during the times of Covid-19. They really make working for Panaya something to be proud of because it’s a company that really cares for its employees. I had a similar experience working for SAP, but here it is felt even more. The company is finally heading in the right direction and increasing their operating margin.

      Cons

      The R&D and their resources as a whole still need to be better managed by the product team so that they are much more agile and cater to the current market needs across the different product domains for SAP, Oracle and Salesforce.

      Panaya is a unique company. What makes it so special is the amazingly consistent product, all the people, the home from home environment, the winning spirit and so much more.
