      1. Strong and leading product (SaaS) 2. HT team - the best ever! (spoken by a 26 years hi-tech veteran) 3. Excellent CEO & management 4. So/too many perks 5. Flexible and hybrid environment

      Can't think of any cons really, if I have to come up with something - not the sexiest product

      Pros

      Great culture here. People really get to know each other as people, not just anonymous colleagues over zoom. Nice company events, QBR (typically they annually fly in all sales staff to Tel Aviv HQ for several days). Presidents club, etc. Product is solid, with large customer base.

      Cons

      Some ongoing go-to-market and pipeline generation issues with newer products making it very difficult to achieve/overachieve sales quotas (this is an issue across the board), but there is awareness and recognition of this from top, and a strategic plan, along with actions being taken to fix this.
