The company is on the rebound as the global economy continues to recover from COVID.

Cons

Turnover and loss of high performing talent these past 1.5 years. Waves of smart, hardworking and talented employees have left during COVID. What is left are just enough employees to keep the lights on, but not enough talent or even the correct talent to execute on strategy…more on that.

Benefits are okay, hours are solid

Cons

Company operates in silos, no communication, wrong people in the wrong positions, company lives off of its past success and reputation. Sinking ship. Asks people to perform the job of multiple people but wont pay. Asks more and more of its workers but will never compensate. Very inflexible in how they pay!
