Good benefits, but really slow career progression

Pretty good staff benefits and working hours. Family-friendly policy too. A culture of eco-consciousness and striving for value instils discipline and coherence in the methodology that the staff undertake.

Cons

Too lengthy a career ladder. There are 4 sub-levels for a position like Officer before you can climb to the next position which is another 4 sub-levels.

Great work life balance but depends on your direct manager

Cons

In the past 5 years, 401K matching was stopped and then reinstated, yearly raises have not occurred for 2 different years. The years with raises have been 2-3%.
