Stellar products, many good sales professionals, minimum micro-management, seasoned team, lots of inbound activity, good company car, good benefits

Cons

Salary below par, capped commission income, arbitrary quotas set, lots of personnel turn-over, reputation for reorganizing every couple of years, a fair amount of corporate squatters who do not have P&L or quota responsibility. Org chart heavy in the middle.
