Flexible working hours, the work there was not that hard to do if get used to it. Good benefits packages

Cons

No planning from manager. Works done were not recognized by managers evey time. Short notice on OT. Some time have to stay very late to finish work.

experience is high especially when you strip copiers to detail. well at one point i was the only tech working on CCTV, Networking, IT, Copiers and software. for 2 years i gained alot.

Cons

just the lack of communication between the top management and the labourers was poor...
