Pros

Multi-cultural (global) experience, can be a collaborative environment, reliable brand.

Cons

Risk adverse, unrealistic business plan expectations, long unproductive hours, haven't solved root problems keeping them from staying on top of the technology curves, under-reliance on regions input for business improvements). "Autonomous Business Unit" design creates unhealthy internal conflicts - end-customers suffer.
