Pros

Decent salary, some good co-workers, but nothing more.

Cons

Fire-fighting the moment you step into the office, 11th hour meetings, tyrant-like top bass, tense monthly meetings, poor, dark working environment, ridiculous OTs, work/life balance does not exist, 3 months notification prior resignation regardless of position (because most people want out when they see the culture here)

The benefits are good, salary is good. Good vacation. Work environment can be pretty good provided you have a good manager.

Cons

Things can move slow at time and unnecessarily fast at other times. Really poor communication by some departments.
