Thank you for taking the time to review us on Glassdoor! It's nice to hear that our efforts to create a great working environment are appreciated. Adding to that, we also assure you that our employees' efforts are rewarded with competitive salaries. In our ongoing effort to improve our working conditions, we regularly conduct external benchmarking to ensure that our salary offerings remain competitive. On top of that, we are very open about constructive criticism and encourage our employees to reach out to their managers or P&O Business Partners if they feel like their personal working situation could be improved. Thanks again and we wish you all the best for your future career!

Pros

Great culture Dynamic environment You get a lot of responsibility to develop fast Great to start your career

Cons

Salary is not competitive even though you will tell me now you do benchmarks with competitors. It is NOT comparable to the direct competitor's salary. They call it lean teams, I call it understaffed, Workload is too high. PUMA does nothing to keep its employees, there is no effort to create a sustainable relationship and to take the best out of it for both sides.

Thank you for providing your feedback and acknowledging PUMA's dynamic, growth-focused culture. We also value your candid input regarding salary and workload. At PUMA, we are proud to be fair-pay certified and regularly conduct salary market benchmarks, including direct comparisons with our competitors, to ensure our compensation remains competitive. While we aim to pay at the market median, we recognize there may be salary gaps in certain functions. Addressing these is a priority, and we are equally committed to fostering an environment that enhances retention through a comprehensive total rewards strategy—encompassing not just base salaries but also a range of additional financial and non-financial benefits. We understand that 'lean teams' can occasionally present challenges. While we’ve already made some improvements in streamlining processes, we see further opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. To build sustainable solutions, we rely on insights from our teams. We encourage employees to share detailed feedback with their managers or HR representatives so we can better understand specific concerns and work together to implement meaningful changes. Your feedback is invaluable and helps us grow stronger as a company. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to your manager or HR representative to discuss your concerns further. Thank you for being a part of PUMA and for contributing to our success.
