Pros

great travel, projects, and co-workers; inspiring management

Cons

pay is a bit less than its competitors, and advancement was slow despite its many levels. Puma lost a lot of what made it desirable as a workplace and brand in the last several years. I hope they get it back.

Pros

* great corporate culture * excellent benefits * many young, smart people

Cons

* pay is low but you'll have a great name on your resume which will help in the future * not much work/life balance sometimes (obv depending on your manager) - you are expected to be available at night and on the weekends and holidays (see low pay above) * my particular department was managed by someone who was there due to nepotism and not due to competence which led to many talented people moving on and decreases in sales
