salary + low increases, limited home office, permanent shortage of staff in specific departments, unequal treatment and conditions for employees of different subsidiaries (working under the same roof next to each other), disastrous Human Resources Department, employer facing workers` council

Very tiring, management isnt the best, pay was quite low back then for the amount of work they expected us to do
