      Pros

      The best part of this position was working with awesome co-workers. It made the really slow days more enjoyable and made the overwhelming fast paced days easier. The discounts are a plus as well.

      Cons

      The location I worked at was the last one in the entire state and it was also in the middle of no where. Some days we wouldn't have a single customer.

      Great discounts for an employee and customer(outlets) Great Benefits 401K, gym reimbursement, Bonuses Great people in corporate Career advancement Fun environment to work in Excel level of customer service Team development Excellent H.R programs Great customer service program

      Cons

      Changes happen to quick Many software errors or IT problems At the beginning of my career there was not much follow through as far as my development. On the long run I had to wait for good people from corporate to arrive in order to be taken seriously about my career advancement. So now that we have the right people in corporate there is a lot of promised future for employees that want to grow within the company.
