Pros

I started right before the COVID-19 crisis hit Germany. But even in that situation it was possible to have a great start into my job. - Good Opportunities to work from home (Laptops, Teams,...) - Very open and welcoming culture - Also Top Management is approachable and open for discussions - Global player with multicultural teams also in other locations - Amazing sport and wellbeing opportunities (Gym, Basektball, Football, Tennis, Canteen, Coffee Bars,...)

Cons

- Not every team seems to treat Home Office in the same way - especially in COVID times it should be more respected if people want to work from home. - People use their private smartphones for business purposes, this should not be necessary in a time where smartphones are often cheaper than landlines - Organizational setup & responsibilities sometimes confusing
