      Pros

      The plus side of working for my previous store would be that it had an open environment and a broad range of cultures, demographics, and ages.

      Cons

      The down sides of my store would be that the managers took advantage of employees lack of knowledge of their own right. Job had a high risk of injury and broken equipment for employees to use.

      Pros

      chance to build great working relationships across departments, the people are very nice, across cultures.

      Cons

      General atmosphere good - and if boss allows there are good sports activities / classes to enhance the working experience and increase productivity. A small comment that the optional organised activities sometimes felt a bit too much and not very organic, felt a bit regulated. We cant all fit the mould Ability to turn things around depends on your boss and the focus and ultimate motivations , strategy or otherwise, they have Positive attitudes is good - but when something is not working it should be ok to say that, a hint of neutral sometimes did not go down well

      Pros

      Puma has some of the best Leaders I've ever met...their HR department is the most supportive and helpful of any Retail/Brand I have ever worked for. Their Operations processes far surpasses any brand as well..Really miss this Company! Great Team building and inspiring!

      Cons

      More support for New SM's when it comes to transition in footwear floor-sets and new shipment, as well as larger stock rooms to accommodate the amount of inventory.
