Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on Glassdoor! At PUMA, our employees are at the heart of our success, and we’re glad to hear that you enjoy the dynamic and fun work environment we strive to create. We understand that the recent changes can create uncertainty. Despite solid sales growth in 2024, we are not satisfied with our stagnant profitability. As part of our next level programm to adress our cost basis, we unfortunately had to make the decision to cut positions worldwide. You can contact your P&O partner at any time with any questions or concerns you may have. We wish you all the best for your future career at PUMA!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We are delighted to hear that you’ve found PUMA to be a dynamic, supportive workplace with great growth opportunities. Driven by our mission to push sports and culture forward, we have developed strong programs and a wide range of benefits to foster a culture that aims to unlock the potential of our employees every day. It's wonderful to know these efforts are appreciated, as they reflect areas we’re deeply committed to. We also recognize the busy and fast-paced work environment we operate in. However, PUMA strives to engage all employees in giving their best every day, as this is a goal we set for ourselves as a company as well. Feedback Puma Outlet Store

Pros

Had the luck to work with amazing people that made working there easier. (besides the manager)

Cons

The store had potential, but unfortunately, the manager didn’t know how to take advantage of it. He did not consider any of the employees' opinions regarding the clothing merchandise that should be available in the store, even though they were the only ones actively working to improve it. At times, he would completely shut himself in his office, watching the cameras just to report to upper management whenever we would take a moment to talk to each other. Of course, upper management took his side, blaming the drop in sales on us talking instead of acknowledging that the manager continuously ordered the worst-looking clothes and shoes for the store. He also made poor visual merchandising choices and did not allow us to have any input. The store was extremely cluttered with clothes, and you couldn’t move a single item without everything falling over. Even when all of us employees went together to speak to upper management to explain the situation, we were still portrayed as the bad ones, accused of turning against the manager. After these interactions, the manager would sometimes throw unpleasant remarks at us whenever something didn’t go his way. There were even situations where employees left the store crying.
