      English speaking enviornment in this retail back office role, good employe discounts on clothes, good for a job starter

      Cons

      No employee growth plans, 100% internal hiring are over the contacts and not by your performances, not a good ERP system, below avg SCM department

      You can do well at PUMA if you are motivated but it takes a lot of work to find your place.

      Cons

      PUMA can be very disorganized with little though for planning.
