Thank you for your feedback. Talent development is a key priority for PUMA and we are sorry to hear that you did not experience this. We provide learning opportunities throughout the year to all employees, as well as specific programs for managers like our International Leadership Program and Speed Up program. We greatly appreciate the hard work of our interns at PUMA and ensure that they participate in impactful tasks that allow them to learn and prepare for their future careers.

Pros

-Great brand with great potential & mostly great people -Campus with the new buildings has improved dramatically within the last years -Fantastic opportunities to develop on the job and in trainings which are offered frequently

Cons

-Herzo is in the middle of nowhere, public transport is horrible, Nuernberg is nice for a couple of years but not a big city; flying in and out means most of the time you need to change flights somewhere in Europe -Unfotunately there are still Sr. Managers and Directors who lead in an horrible authocratic and oldashioned way and they even get promoted even though their team is suffering and many people had to leave and many talents left already due to that leadership. I have never seen such a fluctuation of employees. That is sad and thwarts the efforts torwards a discrimation free work surounding. -payment sheme is intransparent and varies therefore in a big scale. In the efforts to eliminiate any form of discrimination I hope a transparent sheme is going to come sometime in the future -mobile work maximum is 1 day per week! even thought the IT infrstructure is descent and works perfectly remote. Againe for an old fashioned leader people are the best if they are always in office and work until late. Everyone should judge this theory on his own.
