      Great potential, poor business management

      Pros

      Team spirit, great people, great potential as a business and as an employer. They offer on-site facilities at the head office. Good brand to talk about at events. Looks good on your CV if you want to stay in Retail industry

      Cons

      A very 'classic' business mindset. Hierarchical management and culture. Below industry salary, even after years of reviews saying the same thing. Senior management are out of touch with reality, internally and market wise. Great people overworked and squeezed for every last bit of productivity, while poor performers are not addressed.
