      -Awesome people to work with -Flexible schedules -PTO and sick time offered even for part-time -Good experience on resume

      Cons

      -Unfair pay -Unreasonable hours -Lazy managers so the associates have to make up all the work the managers don't do -Hostile and targeting work environment -Managers are easily biased -Company doesn't care about you -No opportunities for advancement -No leadership
