Pros

Of all the companies I've worked for, Puma is the only one that I actually look forward to going into the office every work day. They put a lot of effort into treating employees well. Between the complimentary coffee daily, ice cream truck visits, or flexible work schedule, it's nice to work for a company that cares about keeping customers and employees happy.

Cons

Not exactly a con, but there's a retail store in the building, and for shopaholics like myself it's hard to resist visiting daily. The only feedback I'd like to offer is regarding training. They have a great training program, however when I began working my actual position, I felt a little lost. I wish I could have shadowed someone for a few days until I felt more comfortable.
