Pros

- because there is always work to be done you can learn a lot about everything a product line manager is doing and beyond, if you want - you are involved in a lot of topics - team is really friendly and supportive

Cons

- you are doing way more than your job description says - overhours is a given, because understaffed - you will not know about change until it´s happening - top-down communication is definitely not the best in class
