      - Social benefit - Location and offices - Flair and name of the brand

      Cons

      - Career opportunities in IT are almost non-existent if you don't want to stay there for 10 - 15 years - Tasks are not interesting or challenging - There are no programs for individual advancement - Salary and salary increases are very meager for the IT sector - No external training other than LinkedIn learning - Sustainability only takes place on paper and in communication, yet fast fashion is sold and the department flies around the world for a few days for meetings and trade fairs. - You think you have an agile structure but then you have 5 management levels and a hierarchical structure where the team boss gives you the tasks.

Continuous Training and development programs in India and at Europe Puma is in the right category of Athleisure (Athleisure category is seeing market-beating growth, with an expected CAGR of 20-25% in the next five years
