      Commission high, management out

      Pros

      High pay per hours, good benefits given, commission is outstanding when sales achieved 100% or more, OT can sometimes over 15hrs a month (paid), good team environment.

      Cons

      Some manager doesn't really care about their staff, toxically downgrade their staff, always wanted the spotlight upon your achievement.

      Pros

      Great people, felt part of the Puma team and great working environment.

      Cons

      Only con would be if you live in the closest city to the office and don't have a car then it's a long commute on the trams and buses.

      Dignity and Respect

      Pros

      It was a great company however Upper management are not sensible enough to protect their best employee who always stand for the company. Cluster manager and ARMs are taking full advantage of their position and they are only bother about their self only. Sometimes they misbehave in front of others managers.

      Cons

      Earlier it was great company to work but now new cluster managers and ARMs destroying the company image badly.
