Fun but bureaucracy

- Stable, stable and stable - Interesting and have lots of things can do for people who have passion for this industry

Cons

- Bureaucracy, all management level refuse to do anything new or right, they just want to play safe and do regular things they used to do, especially they don't appreciate any changes, they just want to promote themselves and step on others for climbing the ladder - Some departments even enjoy picking fights with other departments, and some senior management level even love to throw shade to other junior colleagues - Corrupted - Your team lead may dislike you share your own opinion or recommendations, they just want someone who is quiet and can follow their orders
