Pros

Good people, solid leadership that isn't always changing and sticks to a plan. Fun product to design. Good work life balance. This has been improved since I first started. The Puma brand has great potential for growth in becoming an aspirational brand.

Cons

Boston is a very expensive place to live, so the salaries need to reflect that. This could be improved a little more.
