Thanks for taking the time to review us on Glassdoor! We're happy to hear you liked working at PUMA. Adding to that, we continuously look to improve Retail Store Operations. We are aware of the busy and fast-paced work environment and how much support and initiative is needed in that business unit. However, PUMA Retail provides a comprehensive on-boarding, followed by continual investment in your development with access to programs including PUMA University for Trainers, PUMA University for Leaders, the International Leadership Program, and various interpersonal and technical skill workshops. Besides that, we are very open about constructive criticism and propositions on how we can improve the work environment even more, so we take your feedback very seriously! Thanks again for your feedback and all the best for your future career!
