Pros

Lots of interesting people. In house gym. Free coffee and lots of food. Puma really likes to celebrate employee success.

Cons

Some management can really be frustrating and sometimes there's lots of fast-paced work required and extra long hours.

Thank you for your positive feedback! We're glad to hear that you enjoy the perks and benefits of working at PUMA and our efforts to create a great working environment are appreciated! PUMA aims to engage all employees in giving their best every day as we set this goal for ourselves as a company as well. To be Forever Faster, we need to stay busy, keep going and never stop - we are the generation 'hustle'. However, we have also developed strong programs for employees and a wide range of Wellbeing benefits to maintain a working culture that keeps your work-life balance in check through flexible working set-ups and lots of sports and social activities. Adding to that, your feedback is the best way for us to improve, so please feel free to reach out to your P&O business partner to discuss your concerns openly. Thanks again for the feedback and all the best for your future career at PUMA!
