Pros

Allows for a free flow growth in all areas of an individual. Never felt any sense of abuse regarding hierarchy. Everyone is really open to new ideas, new conversations.

Cons

- Salary compared to Adidas and other big sportswear brands is on the lower side. - Doesn't have a workspace area for designers to experiment and do in-house sampling.
