      Worked for the company just under a year, and can honestly say that they are nothing like any other company i have ever worked for! Everyone genuinely cares about each other. The positiviness is electric!

      Best company I’ve ever worked for

      I have worked at many businesses int he past from corporate to retail. I have never met such a great company that truly cares about their staff. You know they care and it makes you want to work harder. You feel involved in the company at all levels. I have provided feedback in the past and they were very receptive to change. Easy to move up the ladder - they like to promote from within Lots of training courses to make yourself a better person and employee Lots of free uniform Great discounts Flexible working hours Can wear tracksuits or shorts at work!

      Cons

      Pay is not the best. Hard to achieve bonuses.
