Pros

By far the most welcoming, caring and fun retail company I have the pleasure of working at. You are more than a number to them and everyone is so supportive, friendly and encouraging espeically being an international company which brings so much inspiration and collaboration from many parts of the world.

Cons

Sometimes changes to systems/processes can take a while to roll out throughout the company due to it being international.
