At PUMA, we also ensure that our employees’ efforts are recognized with competitive salaries. Aiming to always improve our working conditions, we regularly do external benchmarking to stay on track in terms of salary comparison to offer competitive salaries. On an ongoing basis, we continuously look to improve Retail Store Operations. We are aware of the busy and fast-paced work environment and how much support and initiative is needed in that business unit. Adding to that, we are very open about constructive criticism and propositions on how we can improve the work environment even more. However, PUMA aims to engage all employees in giving their best every day as we set this goal for ourselves as a company as well.
