      Pros

      PPG is a very numbers driven organisation and with high level of focus on driving shareholder value and is very prudently managed and therefore a strong dependable prospect as the way they managed the recent global recession demonstrated.

      Cons

      As a general rule PPG does not rank creativity and innovation and is quite a conservative organisation with low levels of risk taking (may be not a down side??) However, for people looking for a dynamic creative environment probably PPG would be disappointing.

      sales reps are the best around other stores are great at helping out contractots are great to deal with on an everyday basis

      Cons

      upper management micro manages to much don't feel there is much trust given to the employees not good at paying a salary for different regions
